Questions
What do I need to record?
A phone or a webcam and something to say. Talk to the camera the way you normally would; vertical and horizontal videos both work. Recordings from iPhone (HEVC, HDR) are fine.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hinglish, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Gujarati. Captions are written in each language's own script; Hinglish is written in Roman letters.
How long can a reel be?
Starter reels are up to 1 minute and Pro and Studio reels up to 2 minutes. 4K reels are up to 60 seconds. You can upload a raw recording of up to 1:30 minutes (1-minute plans) or 3 minutes (2-minute plans); Ritely cuts pauses and can speed up to 1.25× to fit.
Can I change things before I export?
Yes. Every caption, visual and cut is listed against your words. Edit text, swap or remove a visual, restore a cut, then export. Each reel includes 2 free re-exports.
What do the free reels include?
3 reels with premium styles, in 1080p, up to 60 seconds each, with a small watermark. One free trial per person and device.
How does payment work?
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Plans renew automatically by UPI AutoPay or card; cancel any time from your account and keep your reels until the end of the billing period. All prices include 18% GST.
Who owns my videos?
You do. We use your videos only to make your reels, we don't sell your data and we don't use your videos to train AI models. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
